Here is a recap of my experiences with Apple Tech Support, and the shared experiences I had along with the Police Fire and Ambulance services had.
I had made 4 initial separate calls to Apple. That number has increased as
has the number of email received from Apple Tech Support.
During my several calls to Apple Tech Support, I always asked Apple Tech Support
if this call was being recorded. Apple always stated that the call was
recorded.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed that I
often forward my business office phone calls to my cell phone and that often I
would not have that Bell Service because my Apple IPhone 14 PRO would lose the
capability to receive calls. Apple Tech Support was informed that causes loss
of sales orders. Apple apologized.
During my several calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was made aware that I had
experienced 3 separate collapses requiring 911 assistance and had been informed
that of my 3 attempted calls to 911, that only once did my cell phone connect.
During those same calls to Apple Support, Apple was made aware of numerous other
issues that randomly occurred with my Apple IPhone 14 PRO.
Things such as the display screen being 100 percent black on random occasions
and for various lengths of time. Once was over 6 hours.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed that
during the numerous times that my cell phone display was 100 percent black, that
I had tried and discovered that Ciri worked but nothing else.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed that my
wifi connection would be lost for no reason at all without moving my cell
phone's physical location from my office desk.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed that my
cell phone would lose internet connection without moving my cell phone's
physical location from my office desk.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed that my
cell phone navigation would lose connection at various times, thereby leaving me
stranding in parts unknown and having to make directional decisions based upon
my guy instinct.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed that my
cell phone had all of these same glitches within two hours of purchasing it from
the Bell Store that refused to replace the cell phone.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed by
Apple that my IPhone 14 PRO would be replaced free of charge if I went to the
Apple Store in Markham.
I spent 4 hours time going to and from the Apple Store in Markham.
Replacement was refused at the store and was furthermore refused at the store
while I had Apple Tech Support on the telephone call.
Apple had committed fraud and continued to demonstrate any responsibility for
Apple Products and the IOS glitch that Apple Tech Support, Apple informed me was
a glitch in the system.
During those multiple calls to Apple Tech Support, Apple was informed that I
informed the public of these Apple IOS issues on my international business
website.
ADDITIONALLY:
Just prior to Christmas, on December 22/2023, at approximately 11:00pm EST, my
residence was broken into and a "Home
Invasion" occurred.
While I was asleep, this was triggered by my Apple IPhone 14 PRO, which was
charging on my nightstand.
The 5 INTRUDERS were as shocked as I
was being that my home was broken into by Police Fire and Ambulance that had
entered expecting a dead or dying person in a state of medical emergency.
During my last call to Apple Tech Support, prior to Christmas, Apple Tech
Support was asked specifically as to why Apple changed the Case File Number.
Apple Tech Support stated they had done so because it was a different issue.
Apple Tech Support was informed that it was the exact same issue that was
ongoing from the day I purchased the IPhone 14PRO.
Apple Tech Support was then asked: "Is it a policy of Apple, to change the Case
File Number, so that customers chain of complaint evidence does not exist?". No
explanation was provided.
The Case File Number had changed to a different Case File Number which was used
by Apple Tech Support. That Case File Number was: 102147913340 which did not
respond in any manner to other Case File Numbers assigned by Apple Tech Support.
During my last call to Apple Tech Support, prior to Christmas, I wished Apple
Tech Support a Merry Christmas and stated that: "May everyone at Apple enjoy the
identical gift that Apple had given me of a Christmas
Home Invasion". Apple Tech Support immediately stated that: "They
wouldn't wish that on anyone".
In this email to Apple Tech Support, Apple is now informed that this issue is
considered extreme and enormous by the Police Fire Ambulance and 911 Dispatch
Services whom I spoke with personally.
Those services will be launching respective examination of facts and of
collective data to determine their legal actions.

Apple, your corporate responsibility and apology are unacceptable. Shameful better describes your customer care. Many Apple consumers experience these same issues ignored by Apple.
